Cameron was recommended to me by a realtor that I trusted so I contacted him and was very glad I did. I worked with 3 realtors before I finally settled on Cameron because none of them understood my situation, and my rush as well as he did. He was extraordinarily responsive throughout the entire process. He looked out more for my interests than his commission. Knowing my budget was way higher, we settled on a house much lower than what I was willing to spend. He didn’t push me towards making him more money, but rather into a house that was a best fit. Overall, he was extremely professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Not to mention he has excellent negotiation skills and tactics. I hope I find a Cameron in every state I move to; it’s difficult to find a trustworthy realtor these days. Especially with the process being mostly digital, and properties going site unseen. It’s a competitive market out there, but Cameron was up to the daunting task of not only finding me a place, but getting me the best deal.
